artichoke hearts.
Pollo-Ala Pine Nut – chicken breasts sautéed with fresh pine nuts, mushrooms, red &
green bell peppers in a cream sauce.
Pollo Cacciatore – chicken breasts sautéed with tomato sauce, onions, red & green
bell peppers and garlic.
Pollo Ala Angelina – chicken breasts sautéed in olive oil with oregano, finished with
red & green bell peppers, scallions and mushrooms.
Light Pollo – chicken breasts broiled, marinated in olive oil, fresh rosemary, garlic
and lemon.
Pollo Con Mozzarella – chicken breasts sautéed with tomato sauce and melted
mozzarella cheese.

Beef Medallions Ala Gorgonzola – tenderloin medallions sautéed in olive oil and
fresh gorgonzola cheese.
Veal Piccata – scaloppinis sautéed with capers, lemon juice, and white wine.
Veal Garlic – scaloppinis sautéed with chopped garlic and fresh sage.
Veal Ala Lisa Maria – scaloppinis sautéed and finished with our alfredo sauce.
Veal Parmesan – scaloppinis rolled in seasoned bread crumbs, sautéed in butter,
topped with tomato sauce and parmesan.
Veal Marsala – scaloppinis sautéed with mushrooms, artichokes, and marsala wine.

Fettucini Alfredo – fresh pasta in a heavy cream sauce.
Spaghetti Primavera – broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, and roasted red peppers
sautéed in olive oil, and finished in a lemon white wine sauce.
Spaghetti & Meatballs – meatballs served on a bed of spaghetti noodles and finished
in marinara.
Gnochhi Ala Ciocioria – potato pasta dressed with Italian sausage, tomatoes, oyster
mushrooms, and red wine.
Linguine – with marinara sauce.
Linguine – with Ferraro’s meat sauce and Italian sausage.
Linguine Con Salsicce – Italian sausage tossed with Swiss chard and Ferraro’s meat
sauce.
Cannelloni – pasta stuffed with fresh veal, chicken, basil, parsley, ricotta cheese, and
topped with fresh melted mozzarella and marinara.
Amatriciana – rigatoni pasta with fresh pancetta (salty Italian bacon), shallots,
crushed red pepper, and garlic, in a tomato sauce.
Quattro Formaggi – rigatoni pasta with four different cheeses: fresh mozzarella,
fontina, gorgonzola, and parmesan, all finished in cream.
Linguine Al Pesto – linguine with fresh basil, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, and garlic.

Red Snapper with Mahogany Clams and Mussels – snapper filets sautéed with fresh
thyme and served with steamed mussels and clams in a white wine lemon sauce.
